After placing your order for our divorce service, you will immediately receive an email with a link to a short online questionnaire. You’ll also be asked to email us a clear photo of your marriage certificate. Using this information, we’ll prepare your divorce application within 48 hours.

Once your application is ready, you’ll receive online access to review and confirm the accuracy of the details. If a court fee is applicable, you’ll pay it directly to the court online using a credit or debit card.

We’ll submit your application to the court on your behalf and provide you with a clear overview of the entire process, including expected timelines. Throughout the process, our divorce experts will keep you informed with simple, easy-to-understand email updates.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does it cost to file for a divorce?

In England and Wales, a court fee of £593 applies to all No-Fault Divorces. If you’re on a low income or receiving benefits, you may be eligible for financial assistance to cover this fee, depending on your savings.

We offer a 14-day cooling-off period in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations. If you decide to cancel within this time, we will refund the full amount you paid, minus a £35 administration fee to cover banking charges. However, if your No-Fault Divorce application has been prepared during this period, no refunds will be issued.

Our service takes typically 24 hours for the application to be prepared for you to check before submission.

The no fault divorce service is for sole applicants. We will prepare the application for you and you will need to provide your ex-partner’s details so that she can be notified of the divorce.

The amicable divorce service is for couples applying together for the divorce. Each partner will provide their own details.
