After purchasing one of our managed divorce services, you will be provided with an online questionnaire to complete accurately and thoroughly. Your divorce application will be prepared based on the information you supply in the questionnaire, along with a photo of your marriage certificate, which you will need to upload. - It is crucial that all details entered into the questionnaire, including the spelling of names, are carefully checked before submission. Divorces Direct reserves the right to apply an administration fee for any changes required after the questionnaire has been submitted.
- Once your information is received, a member of our team will review and prepare your application before providing you with login details to access your completed application online.
- Throughout the divorce process, you will remain unrepresented. Divorces Direct will handle the submission of your information to your account at the appropriate stages.
- Please note, Divorces Direct will not register as your legal representative with the Court, sign any documents on your behalf, or attend any Court hearings related to your divorce.
- Our fully managed services are tailored for couples who mutually agree to the divorce. If you and your spouse are in conflict, these services may not be suitable. Divorces Direct cannot be held responsible for any delays or issues caused by disagreements or relationship challenges that impact the progress of your divorce.
Additional Costs
- Government-Imposed fees
The fees imposed are established by the government and must be paid at the time of submission. These fees are subject to change without prior notice, and you will be responsible for paying any applicable fees in addition to our service charges. The fees for the divorce submission is £593. - Postage and Printing Fees
If you require physical copies of any documents to be sent to you by post, an additional fee of £35 will be charged to cover postage and printing costs. This fee covers all handling, materials, and recorded delivery expenses.
